Nourish your body with our Immune-Boosting Chicken, Ginger and Tumeric Soup
Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp grated ginger
6 cups chicken broth
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup pasta or rice
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley to serve
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large pot. Sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery for 5 mins.
Add turmeric and ginger; stir for 1 min.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Add pasta/rice and simmer until tender.
Stir in cooked chicken, season, and simmer for 5 more mins.
Serve with chopped parsley—and enjoy the comfort!
