Dr. Ganesh Naidoo is a dedicated Australian General Practitioner, serving patients across the country. He completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland, followed by residencies at The Alfred Hospital and Monash Medical Centre in Melbourne. Ganesh chose to specialize in General Practice, acquiring special skills in Sports and Alpine Expedition Medicine.

Dr. Naidoo established his own medical practices in Cairns, Far North Queensland, where he served patients from numerous communities throughout the Cape York Peninsula. After a decade, he relocated to Melbourne, where he continues to consult today.

Ganesh is passionate about treating patients from diverse backgrounds, with particular interests in mental health, smoking cessation and occupational medicine.

His academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Monash University, a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Queensland, a General Management Program graduate from the University of Cambridge, and a fellowship from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He has previously held senior executive positions such as Head of Primary Care for Fullerton Healthcare, National Medical Director for Health & Co (a division of Healius Limited), and Senior Clinical Advisor to the Australian Defence Force.

Dr. Naidoo is a strong advocate for patient-centered health and well-being, aiming to empower patients to take charge of their health.

Outside of his medical practice, Ganesh cherishes spending time with his three children and enjoys traveling, sking, and bushwalking.
